The Alpha fan has a DC motor and uses 60% less power than a standard ceiling fan. It has 6 speeds in forward and reverse and comes complete with a built in remote control that can also operate the reverse function of the fan. The Alpha uses a brand new pulse technology enabling you to create a natural breeze on those hot Summer days. When set to pulse the Alpha will vary its speed creating a breeze effect to keep you cool. Like all Fantasia fans, the Alpha has a 10 year manufacturers warranty. The Alpha fan can be fitted with with new Aries Brushed Nickel light and the Sorrento Brushed Nickel light.
